You play a key role within the store: with your merchant's soul and your leader's posture, you drive sales by having a 360° vision of your store.
Your missions
♥ Closely monitor KPIs by energizing your team to achieve daily sales targets
♥ Provide clear, data-driven visibility on your store’s performance by proposing action plans to continuously improve results
♥ Motivate, lead, and build strong connections with your in-store teams. Support your Floor Managers or Assistant Store Managers in developing their leadership skills through regular briefings and feedback
♥ Ensure compliance with operational procedures (stock, cash handling, merchandising, store standards)
♥ Manage daily back-office operations (scheduling, HR management, recruitment, etc.) and budget tracking tools
♥ Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, personalized, and memorable in-store experience
