Your missions
♥ Close monitor KPI’s by boosting your team to achieve daily commercial objectives
♥ Provide quantifiable visibility on the health of your store by offering action plans to always perform better
♥ Motivate, animate, and create strong ties with your field teams. You accompany your Floor Managers or Store Assistant Managers in developing their management posture through regular briefs and feedbacks
♥ Ensure compliance with operational procedures (inventory, cash registers, merchandising, store maintenance)
♥ Manage daily back-office tasks (scheduling, HR management, recruitment, etc.) and budget dashboards
♥ Ensure a smooth, personalized, and memorable in-store experience for every customer
