"Courir takes the issue of gender equality very seriously, with over 55% of its teams made up of women.
Pursuant to the regulations aimed at eliminating pay gaps between men and women in the company, the result obtained by Courir France for the gender pay equality index for 2024 is 95 points out of 100, broken down as follows:
- Pay gap indicator: 40/40 ;
- Increase gap indicator: 20/20 ;
- Promotion gap indicator: 10/15 ;
- Indicator percentage of employees receiving a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15 ;
- Indicator number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10 highest earners: 5/10.
In application of the regulations aimed at eliminating the pay gap between men and women in the company, the result obtained by the company Groupe Courir for the gender pay equality index for 2024 is 71 points out of 100, broken down as follows.

- Increase gap indicator: 35/35 ;
- Indicator percentage of employees receiving a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15 ;
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex in the 10 highest earners: 10/10
Considering that the Courir Group company has not achieved the maximum score for the indicators relating to pay rise gaps and the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the ten highest paid, it sets out below the objectives and corrective measures provided for in the Group agreement relating to Professional Equality and Quality of Life at Work signed on 25 February 2021.
In respect of remuneration, its commitment to :
- Ensure equal pay for women and men on recruitment and throughout the career by ensuring that women and men are paid the same for the same level of responsibilities, training, experience and professional skills, and by raising awareness of the principles of equal pay for women and men among line managers each year, before individual pay rises are awarded, through a formal reminder of the legal obligations in this area and of good practice in pay rises;
- Prevent any negative impact of parenthood-related absences on pay by neutralising the impact of family-related leave (maternity, adoption, parental leave) on pay.
