Training begins from the moment of integration
As soon as you've agreed to work together, you'll receive your online onboarding process via Workelo, even before your first day.
This process prepares you for your arrival, centralizes all your documents, allows us to learn a bit more about you... and most importantly, provides you with plenty of information to better discover Courir.

Training near you
So that everyone can benefit, our training sessions take place in the region. Yes, our superb trainer goes directly on site to offer sessions that focus primarily on sales, inventory management, and management for supervisory teams.
And of course, our collaborators' feedback matters! Your feedback helps us create customized training with our industry experts, in order to best meet all needs.
Online courses
Thanks to access to our fully online Learning Spirit platform, you benefit from a wide range of training courses (products, environment, etc.).
To ensure our sales teams are true sneaker specialists, we regularly create content to train you on our products (history, materials, trends, etc.). These videos are available online as soon as each product is launched, giving you all the keys you need to sell them successfully!
