Assessments to move forward
The Assessment is Courir’s internal promotion process for in-store management positions. Therefore, all employees who wish to be promoted to Floor Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager must first pass the assessment.

A co-optation and mobility platform
Courir has a portal dedicated to employee referrals and internal mobility. In just one click, our employees can view all open positions to recommend candidates or apply in less than one minute! By referring candidates, our employees can earn a bonus ranging from €300 to €2,000 gross (this amount varies depending on the position).
